Bruning Auto Design faced a problem and came up with a solution.

The Problem: While building the “E-Tikit Challenger”, a question arose concerning the styling and performance of the factory 5.7 and 6.1L HEMI valve covers. There is little question that the stock v/c would work fine in a stock application, but what happens when performance enhancing modifications are made? We all know that more power means more heat and in the case of the “E-Tikit”, the bored, stroked, ported and twin-turbo charged latest generation Hemi needed something worthy of the cars craftsmanship and something reliable under the added stress.

The Solution: Ultimately, collaboration with a knowledgeable designer and manufacturer led to the realization of the unthinkable; an affordable, one piece, billet aluminum valve cover that clearly delivers quality, style and reliability.

FEATURES:

-Each valve cover is machined from a 33.5 lb Billet of Aircraft grade 6061 T-6 AMS QQ-A-250/11 Aluminum. State of the art “High Speed” CNC Machining centers insure the final 5 lb valve cover is kept to close tolerances of the custom CAD designed 3-D model.

-Two current profiles available:
o The “2BC” version is smooth machined. Customers can easily polish, plate or paint for a custom finish.
o The “Classic” version has a touch of “retro” style with a 3” band of ball milled ribbed surface down the center.

-All versions are available as pictured, or for use of the OEM coils located in the “stock” position at no additional charge. A coil relocation kit is in the works. Call for details.

-Custom Logo and Name Script engraving available: $$ Call and email design

-Covers use factory O-ring gaskets and are completely flat unlike stock style cast covers. Stainless Fasteners are included
o Upgrade: ARP HEX or 12 point fasteners: $$ Call

-Valve covers provide an additional ½” of clearance for aftermarket valve-trains. Taller versions available upon request. Call for details.

-American made material machined in America on American made HAAS machines by Americans. These are not cheap import castings.
