Project Sabre Update for March: the ford explorer rear axle has been modified and is now sitting under the car with the RideTech Suspension bolted into factory locations. The car was put on the ground with rollers and WOW is it nice! The suspension completely changed the look of the car and gives it a much more aggressive look. The frame is being modified for a pass-through for the exhaust, and the body is being separated today so the chassis can go to powder coating.

Wheels have been ordered from Rushforth Wheels (Six-Shooters in 19’s & 20’s), and tires will be ordered soon. The Schroth Racing Rallye 4 ASM Harnesses arrived, and things are moving quickly for the deadline of completion at the end of April. The goal is to have a week of testing and tuning, and then attend the Run To Old South ASCS event on May 4/5/6!
