Trimmer's Place Garage

I would just like to say a big THANK YOU to all involved in solving this little dilemma with these trashy folks ruining one of my very favorite web sites. I do truly enjoy the input of other car guys and gals. Also I do believe that who ever started this site made provisions to correspond with others on the site with out offending anyone ( send private message). I have been a active car guy all of my life, and will be until my last day on earth. It pleases me to see the cars, craftsmanship, skill, ability, blood, sweat, and the hard work and progress of others. I also enjoy reading most of the input from legitimate businesses, suppliers, merchants, magazine articles, art works, and yes even views on politics. If it is transportation related, count me in.
It really does upset me to see so many good car guys going to other sites because they are sick of the rif-raf happening here. We can not afford to loose such valuable input from all my buddies that no longer post here because of the nonsense that has been here lately. They say you can’t teach an old dog a new trick, but I have gained a wealth of new information from some of these young pups. I hope we can get them to return and start posting again.
My beautiful wife has called me a pervert for well over forty years, so I believe that gives me the right to tell all you other perverts that I really DO NOT care to read your comments on a scantily clad female. I am well aware that the most pleasing thing to a male is a nude female, but this site is not about that and it has no place here. I see no point in trying to boost my view count with anything other than what the rules of this site indicate what is proper and would appreciate some of y’all doing the same.
I suppose I will get off my soap box now and get on with my day. If I have offended anyone just remember how tuff life really is. Freedom is NOT free. Thanks for hearing me. Bill (Trimmer)
