History of this Vehicle

This car was a Canadian Import new into New Zealand in 1934. I bought the car in 1977 as a dismantled lot and rebuilt it over a seven year period. All bodywork was metal finished. I installed a 289 Windsor and C4 Auto without touching the firewall which was a real tight squeeze. It has a 1957 Ford 9” rear end buggy sprung, a 4” Superbell dropped axle with a reversed eye seven leaf spring and Superbell/Mustang disc brakes up front. It has 15×4” and 15×81/2” Halibrands on front and rear. The car is painted satin black and was finished in 1984 and remained in its current look since then. I love it and it is part of our family. It now resides in Australia after having moved here in 1982.
